Are you ready to embark on a crafting adventure?

Once you learn to knit, an entire new world opens up to you. It’s something magical to take a ball of yarn and craft it into a functional piece.

Wearing something that you’ve labored over from start to finish really changes the simple act of getting dressed. And it’s pretty great to be asked “where did you get your sweater?” and be able to answer “I MADE it!”

Now, sweaters aren’t going to be your first project, but in time you can get there! We’ll start slow and steady with a full introduction to materials, knitting lingo, and the ins and outs of the craft. Then we’ll edge into skill building.

In this course, you will learn the foundations of how to:

• Cast on

• Knit stitch

• Purl stitch

• Cast Off

…And sooo much more in and around those basics. Along the way, you’ll be tasked with creating some practice swatches and working on projects to highlight each new skill.

By the end of this course, you should feel really confident in your knitting abilities! So, make some space in your cabinets for your new yarn collection and let’s start our study :)
